GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL
1.1. The following Privacy Policy applies to the products and services provided by GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES.
1.2. In this policy, the words:

- Personal Information includes any information about you that can be personally identified and is collected only in the circumstances and by the means outlined below for the function or activity we are carrying out.
1.3. This Privacy Policy applies to and should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use & Service (collectively, the "Agreement"), which are available at https://gatheredhq.io/.
1.4. We are entitled, at our sole discretion, to amend, add, or remove any part of this Privacy Policy at any time. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically to ensure that you are up to date with any such amendments, additions, or removals.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1. We recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information. We employ strict policies and security measures to protect the information you provide to GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES.
2.2. When you register with us, use GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES services, or provide us with your personal information, you give us consent to process and use such submitted personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to all protected personal information collected, maintained, or used by GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES.
3. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
3.1. We will only collect information about you when you provide it to us, and we only collect information to provide better services to all of our users and customers.
3.2. We collect information in three ways:
a) Information you give to us directly. This includes:
- i) Information about you. This might include your name, email address, first name, surname, and address, and may also include photographs that you provide to us, your username, or any other information required to use the services of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES, register an account with GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES, or register your business with GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES;
- ii) Information about your financial transactions. If you use our Services for financial transactions, we collect information about the transaction. This includes your payment information, such as your bank account details, credit or debit card number and other card information, and may include other account and authentication information, as well as billing, shipping, and contact details.
3.3. Information we collect through your use of our services. This includes:
- a) Information collected by our server, including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, operating system and platform, the average time you spend on GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES, pages visited, information searched for, average access time, and websites you have visited previously, as well as other relevant statistics;
- b) Cookies and other anonymous identifiers, which we may send to your computer's browser, enabling us to recognise your device when you log in or use our services and to measure your online transaction patterns;
- c) Information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you install or access our services. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices, which helps us provide consistent services across your devices. This might include:
- i) Attributes such as the operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery and signal strength, and device identifiers.
- ii) Device locations, including specific geographic locations, such as through GPS, Bluetooth, or WiFi signals.
- iii) Connection information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number, and IP address.
3.4. Information from third parties.
We may receive information about you and your activities from third parties, including information provided to us by other product or service providers, or information from other users about their experiences or interactions with you.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
4.1 We may use, or disclose to third parties, the information you give to us directly and the information we receive from third parties in order to:
- deliver products or services to you, or to others; collect payments, make payments, and manage your account; market to you directly; provide you with information about our products and services; and notify you of changes to our products and services;
- contact you about new products or services. You can unsubscribe from any mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found in all communication emails that are sent;
- provide, maintain, protect, and improve the services of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES for your benefit, or for the benefit of others; develop new services; and protect our services and our customers. We may also use this information to offer you, or others, tailored services, products, or seasonal promotions;
- keep a record of your communications with GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES to help solve any issues or disputes that might arise;
- help verify accounts and activity, and promote safety and security on and off the services of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies;
- comply with the law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate;
- send you service, support, and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and information requested by you;
- send marketing and promotional messages and other information that may be of interest to you, or to others, including information sent by, or on behalf of, business partners of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES;
- market products or send promotional messages to third parties, or enable business partners and other third parties of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES to undertake marketing and promotional activities generally.
4.2. We may use the information we collect through your use of our services to:
- measure the use of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES and to administer and improve the services of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES. We interpret this statistical data in our continuing effort to improve GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES and your user experience;
- gather information on which web pages are visited and how often, to make GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES more user-friendly, and to give you a better experience when you return to GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES.
4.3. We may combine the information you give to us directly with the information we collect through your use of our services.
4.4. We may from time to time supply the owners or operators of third-party websites from which it is possible to link to GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES with information relating to users accessing GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES from such third-party websites.
4.5. In delivering our products or collecting and using your personal information, GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES may be required to disclose some of your personal information to third-party organisations, including external service providers; legal, accounting, financial, or other professional advisors; and regulatory or governmental authorities as required by law.

5.1 We use a number of security measures to protect the information you provide to GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES.
5.2. We protect your personal information by:
- restricting internal and external access to your personal information; and
- maintaining our technology systems to prevent unauthorised computer access; and ensuring that third parties that require access to your information, including organisations outside the United Arab Emirates, take such steps as are reasonable to ensure that they do not breach the privacy obligations of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES; and
- securely destroying your personal information when it is no longer needed.
5.3 When making payments using the services of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES, or receiving payments using those services, your financial details are passed through a secure server using industry standard encryption technology.
5.4 GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES uses industry standard encryption technology to transmit and encrypt all financial and payment information in its possession.
6. ACCURACY AND RETENTION
6.1 You are entitled to request access to and correction of all personal data you provide to GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES, or to remove your name from our database at any time by contacting us.
7. PAYMENT
7.1 GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES is not directly involved in online payment processing but facilitates payments through a third-party service provider.
7.2 GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES has no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond its control.
7.3 You may not use this Service for any unauthorised or unlawful purpose.
7.4 GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES does not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between you and your credit card issuer.
7.5 The Company shall not be liable for payments taking place at a partner venue using fraudulent payment methods.
7.6 Requests for refunds must be made directly with the venue staff where the transaction took place.
7.7 GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES charges a fee for the provision of digital services, including accessing digital menus, instant paperless checkout services including granting customers the ability to split the bill in seconds, accessing GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES' rewards program, and receiving digital receipts via email. GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES may also contribute part of the fee towards supporting environmental protection initiatives in the UAE. Customers may request to pay by other means by asking the waiter if they prefer not to use GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES.

8.1 You have the right to access personal information held by GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES about you, subject to restrictions provided by law. We endeavour to keep information about you as accurate as possible. 9. CROSS-BORDER DATA FLOWS
9.1 GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES may disclose your information to third parties located outside the United Arab Emirates or outside your country of residence, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS Membership Program ("GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS" or the "Program") offered by GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES, ("we," "us," or "our") in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE"). By subscribing to or using GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS, you ("Member" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW
GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS is a subscription-based membership program designed to provide eligible Members with access to exclusive dining-related offers and benefits at designated restaurants that participate in the Program ("GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS Partner Restaurants"). These benefits may include, but are not limited to, percentage-based discounts, flat-rate reductions, or other promotional incentives, subject to availability and the terms communicated on the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES Platform.
To enjoy the privileges of the Program, Members must complete the subscription process and remit the applicable membership fee based on the selected plan. The availability and scope of benefits under GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS may vary depending on the plan tier, and all redemptions must be made via the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES Platform to be eligible for associated Offers.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and is conditional upon continued compliance therewith.
2. DEFINITIONS
"Bill Value" refers to the total cost of food and beverages consumed at a GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS Partner Restaurant, excluding taxes, service charges, delivery fees, and any additional surcharges.
"Offer(s)" include percentage discounts, flat discounts, or other benefits made available exclusively to GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS members, as listed on the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES Platform.
3. BENEFITS AND USAGE CONDITIONS
Offers under the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS Program are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Offers may only be redeemed at GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS Partner Restaurants that are currently participating in the Program. The list of eligible venues is subject to periodic updates, and GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES makes no guarantees as to the continued participation of any specific restaurant.
- Offers are strictly personal to the Member, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation. Offers may not be combined with other promotions, vouchers, in-house discounts, or loyalty schemes unless expressly permitted by the Partner Restaurant.
- Offers shall only be valid when payment of the eligible Bill Value is made through the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES Platform. Transactions completed through other payment methods will not qualify for Offer redemption.
- Members may redeem Offers multiple times per day without limitation, provided each redemption complies with these Terms and any additional terms specified by the Partner Restaurant or GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES.
- The type, value, and availability of Offers may vary depending on the specific membership plan selected by the Member. GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to differentiate benefits across plan tiers. All Offers are subject to availability and acceptance by the Partner Restaurant at the time of redemption. Misuse of Offers may result in suspension or termination of membership in accordance with these Terms.
4. DINE-IN TERMS
When redeeming Offers at GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS Partner Restaurants during dine-in experiences, the following conditions shall apply:
- Offers are applicable to the total eligible Bill Value, irrespective of the number of individuals dining at the Member's table. No additional discount or allocation will be provided per diner.
- The Member must be physically present at the Partner Restaurant and must personally initiate payment through the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES Platform in order to redeem the Offer.
- Offers cannot be applied to items that are already discounted or included in other promotional pricing, combo deals, limited-time offers, or special menus as determined by the Partner Restaurant. Partner Restaurants retain full discretion over the classification of promotional items, and their decision in such matters shall be final. GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES shall not be responsible for enforcing or interpreting restaurant-specific exclusions.
5. PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS
The availability of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS Partner Restaurants is subject to change at the sole discretion of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES. Restaurants may be added to or removed from the Program without prior notice, and participation may vary by location, time, or Offer. GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES does not guarantee the availability of any specific Partner Restaurant at any given time.
It is the responsibility of the Member to consult the most current list of participating Partner Restaurants, as published and regularly updated on the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES Platform, prior to visiting or attempting to redeem any Offer.
GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or missed opportunity resulting from a Member's reliance on outdated information or the unavailability of a specific Partner Restaurant. GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES shall bear no liability, and Members shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation, if a Partner Restaurant temporarily suspends or permanently ceases operations for any reason, including but not limited to closure, relocation, or regulatory action.
6. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND BILLING
Membership fees are determined based on the specific plan selected by the Member at the time of subscription and may vary depending on the features, duration, or benefits associated with that plan. All fees are communicated clearly at the point of purchase.
By subscribing to GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS, the Member expressly authorizes GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES to initiate automatic, recurring charges to the payment method provided during registration. These charges will occur on a monthly basis (or such other interval as specified in the applicable plan) and will continue until the Member cancels the subscription in accordance with these Terms.
It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that valid and up-to-date payment information is maintained on the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES Platform. GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any interruption in service resulting from declined payments or expired billing credentials.
7. SUBSCRIPTION, RENEWAL, AND CANCELLATION
All GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS memberships are personal to the Member and are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable, except as may be required under applicable law. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file, unless the Member cancels the subscription prior to the applicable renewal date.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES Platform. Upon cancellation, access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the then-current billing period, after which the membership will terminate.
No partial refunds or credits shall be issued for any unused portion of the membership period, including in the case of early cancellation or non-use.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM
GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS Program at any time, including but not limited to the nature or availability of Offers, membership benefits, pricing, features, or the participation of specific Partner Restaurants.
Such changes may be implemented with or without prior notice to Members. However, GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES will use reasonable efforts to update material changes on the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES Platform in a timely manner.
Continued use of the Program after any such modifications shall constitute the Member's acceptance of the updated terms and features. GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
9. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member's access to GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS, in whole or in part, with immediate effect and without prior notice, if GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES determines, at its sole discretion, that:
- The Member has violated or breached any provision of these Terms;
- The Member has misused, abused, or manipulated any aspect of the Program, including but not limited to Offers, membership entitlements, or Platform functionality;
- The Member has engaged, or is deemed by GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES to have engaged, in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct in connection with their use of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS or the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES Platform.
In such cases, the Member shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation for any remaining portion of the membership period. Termination under this clause shall be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES under law or contract.
10. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
To access and use GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS, Members will be required to provide certain personal and/or transactional information during the sign-up process and throughout their use of the Program. This may include, but is not limited to, contact details and other information necessary for account management, billing, verification, and service facilitation purposes.
GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES may collect, use, store, share, or otherwise process such information for various operational, analytical, and service-related purposes, subject at all times to its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations in the United Arab Emirates. This may include, where relevant, processing by affiliates, partners, service providers, or other third parties engaged in connection with the administration of the Program.
By subscribing to GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS, the Member acknowledges and agrees to such collection and use of data and accepts that GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES may update its data handling practices from time to time as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES does not own, operate, manage, or control these Partner Restaurants and does not supervise their day-to-day operations, service standards, or business practices. Accordingly, GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, suitability, availability, pricing, menu items, or service standards of any Partner Restaurant.
GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility for the food, beverages, service, hygiene, or overall experience provided by any Partner Restaurant, including any failure on their part to honor Offers communicated through the GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES Platform.
In the event that a Partner Restaurant fails to recognize or apply an Offer to which the Member is entitled under the terms of their membership, GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, expense, or inconvenience caused. However, Members are encouraged to promptly notify GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES. While GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES does not guarantee the outcome, it will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Member in resolving the issue with the Partner Restaurant, including initiating communication or investigating the incident in good faith.
This clause shall survive termination or expiry of a Member's subscription and shall apply to all claims arising out of or relating to third-party services facilitated through GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS.
GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible for ensuring that Partner Restaurants comply with applicable regulatory or licensing obligations. GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for the Member's inability to redeem Offers due to such non-compliance.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or other harm arising out of or related to a Member's interactions with any GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS Partner Restaurant, including the conduct or omissions of its staff or service quality.
GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES' role is limited to facilitating access to Offers via the Platform, and it does not assume responsibility for the acts, omissions, or compliance of Partner Restaurants.
In any event, GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES' total aggregate liability to a Member for any claim arising from or related to GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS shall be strictly limited to the most recent membership fee paid by that Member.
13. COMMUNICATIONS AND CALL RECORDING
GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES may contact Members through various communication channels, including phone calls, SMS, email, in-app messaging, or other electronic means, for purposes related to the Member's subscription, use of the Program, service updates, or feedback collection.
Telephone calls initiated by or on behalf of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, or internal compliance purposes. By engaging with GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES through these channels, the Member acknowledges and consents to such communications and recordings, where permitted by applicable law.
14. ASSIGNMENT
GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to assign, delegate, or transfer, in whole or in part, any of its rights or obligations under these Terms to any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or to a third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of assets, without prior notice or consent from the Member.
The Member's continued use of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES PLUS following any such assignment shall constitute acceptance of the same.
These Terms shall remain binding upon and inure to the benefit of GATHERED HQ TECHNOLOGIES' successors and assigns.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
